Active Probe

Accurate high-frequency measurements with reduced probe loading.

For testing high-impedance, high-frequency circuit elements which
demand minimal loading, our portfolio of active probes provides the
proper signal bandwidth and reduced probe loading to capture single-
ended, ground referenced signals. A Tektronix active probe is a better
choice for small geometry applications that would be seriously loaded   
with passive probing solutions.

Current Probe

In today's electronic designs, making accurate current amplitude

Temperature Probe

The TP750 probe is manufactured using a coil suspension element
design for increased shock and vibration resistance.
The mineral-insulated sheath provides a minimum bend radius of
19 mm for flexibility and durability.
The TP750 temperature probe is compatible with
the DMM4050 digital multimeter.
